Venkata Pathuri Bhuvana

Ph. D. student (ICE)


Venkata Pathuri Bhuvana is third year Ph.D. student funded by Erasmus Interactive and Cognitive Environments (ICE) program. His active research includes the fields such as robust state estimation and adaptive signal processing. He is currently working on distributed state estimation algorithms such as Kalman filters and Particle filters for distributed networks.


Venkata received his Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, India. In winter 2009, he joined Master Program within Alpen-Adria Universitäät , Klagenfurt, Austria, where he received his title of Dipl. Ing., following his M.Sc. thesis on cooperative relay communications. In 2012 spring, he joined the Embedded and Signal Processing group at the same University to pursue the PhD in the area of Distributed Adaptive Signal Processing and Estimation within the Erasmus mundus ICE program. In 2013 summer, he moved to University of Genoa, Genoa, Italy.
